MIRANDA’S MOST LOVED WEEK #3

Aaaaaaand, we’re back! I’m so glad Kate and I are keeping up with this series! Check out my last two posts here and here. So fall is officially in full swing and I can see winter approaching on the horizon so it’s time for some aptly themed beauty products. The last week for me has been all about ease and simplicity; beauty for girls on-the-go.

NARS Smudgeproof Eyeshadow Base: Received a tiny sample of this a while back from some sort of Sephora-sample spree, but I have to say that it is incredible. By far, it’s the best eyeshadow primer I’ve ever used. It really makes a difference and I am loving it. It is a bit pricey when you’re shopping full size, but if you have creasy eyeshadow, this is the fix!

Tarte Emphas-EYES Amazonian Clay Shadow Stick: I’ve just realized that you can’t get these anymore, but tons of brands do shadow sticks like these. The point is that the chubby-stick cream shadow is the best invention ever for girls on the go. It’s like a stick version of the Maybelline Color Tattoos. Love. I have the shade Bronze, but the Maybelline Color Tattoo in Bad To The Bronze is basically the same color.

Rimmel Kate Moss Matte Lipstick in 107: This is my new go-to lipstick. It’s a plummy dark pink/red shade and it’s matte and glorious and everything you want in a lipstick. The matte Kate Moss sampling from Rimmel is incredible and super affordable as well. It’s creamy and opaque and all around amazing. I have a theory that this lipstick suits everyone. Please buy it and send me a picture to prove my theory because I think I’ve got something good here.

Bella Schneider BB Plus Spotless Broad Spectrum SPF 25: This is a BB Cream that I actually enjoy. I like the consistency and the coverage, and the SPF is a great bonus. The company was kind enough to send Kate and I these to try out and we’re loving them. It’s a good match for me, as my NARS Sheer Glow in Punjab is starting to look a little too dark these days.

Lorac Travel Size TANtalizer Bronzer/Highlighter Duo: After getting a little test of this bronzer in the Lorac Pro To Go palette, I knew I needed to get my hands on it. Enter Ulta with their tempting travel-size minis. This bronzer is very dark and a little orange so I’d like to warn you of that. If you apply it with a light hand, it can provide a nice warm glow to your skin. The highlighter is a little sparkly for me, but it is a great on the go eyeshadow or inner corner touch-up shade. Plus, the whole thing comes with a mirror!

In the middle of an existential crisis. If you have one of those super long phone chargers can you send it to me?
