Savannah, Georgia. One of the oldest cities in America. This city continues to inspire me ever since I first came here in fourth grade. We have been staying in Tybee Island all week and we took a little excursion today. In case you didn’t know, Savannah is only a thirty minute car ride from Tybee.
Let me explain the layout of the city of Savannah. It’s laid out in a grid, with about twenty historical squares, each housing some sort of statue or fountain. On its boho chic Broughton Street, where I shopped, you can find loads of cute shops like Urban Outfitters, The Paris Market, a lovely Goodwill, and a Marc by Marc Jacobs store. Pictures of my finds will come in the next post but here’s the rundown of what I picked up.
1) a matte black pair of Marc by Marc Jacobs rain boots for only $35

2) a long, flowy, black skirt from Goodwill for $3.49

3) a tribal print scarf from Urban Outfitters for $9.99

And an adorable Eiffel Tower cookie from the Paris Market for $1.35

Pictures to come! Xoxo Miranda
